Managed Services Technology Sales Consultant

This position is primarily responsible for the sale of Managed IT Services in addition to other monthly recurring revenue (MRR) services, solutions, and products: Hosted VoIP telephony, Carrier Services, including data hardware. The candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting/cold calling, qualifying, negotiation, closing, etc.) of all MRR services. They will work as part of a team to drive sales by focusing in the SMB and Mid-Market space. Warwick defines SMB as having between 25 to 100 employees, and Mid-Market with 100 to 500 employees, including but not limited to education, government, healthcare, corporate, retail and professional market segments.

Project Manager

Has general responsibility for the success of assigned mid-size voice and IT projects with cross-functional effort. Ensure that customer’s goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and funding; parameters planning, directing and coordinating activities of project teams. Is primary contact on assigned project(s).

Voice Engineer

Systems/Sales Engineer Voice II

This position is responsible for providing technical expertise in designing a solution which meets the customer’s requirements. Provide support to sales personnel to ensure the proper design, scope of work, and professional services estimates are used on voice projects. Participate in the sales discovery process, solution design, demonstration, and handoff meetings.
