To Our Valued Clients and Partners,

We are carefully watching the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and actively taking steps to ensure the safety of our teams and the continuity of our operations.  The purpose of this communication is to provide information about steps that Warwick is taking to minimize the impact to our customers as a result of this situation and maximize our efforts to keep employees and customers safe.

Because of the risks associated with spreading COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Warwick has put in place employee travel restrictions for training and conferences. Warwick has an agile work approach and robust capabilities for employees to work remotely so we are ready and able to continue serving and collaborating with our clients virtually with minimal impact.

  • We are monitoring local, state, and federal agencies to ensure that we are deploying best practices in response to the situation.
  • Our network and platforms are designed to allow secure remote access and support by our employees.
  • Warwick employees can answer calls, log tickets, and troubleshoot issues remotely should this become necessary.
  • Warwick employees will continue supporting customers on-site unless events require us to adjust this support model. Prior to arriving, our staff will contact you to confirm our arrival.  Our staff will also take additional precautions on-site, including washing hands upon arrival and before departure and wiping down equipment with anti-bacterial wipes.
  • We understand these fast-changing events may introduce unexpected business challenges. Please contact Warwick if we can help you navigate these challenges.

We want to assure you that while we do not anticipate significant disruptions to our operations as a result of the Coronavirus, we are taking the necessary steps to be prepared as the situation evolves.

If you have any questions please call us at 800-860-0300 or CLICK HERE TO GET IN TOUCH.

Helpful Hint – Sanitizing Telephones and Other Electronic Devices

Disinfectants containing isopropanol or ethanol can be used to safely clean devices without risking damage if not done more than once per day. The cleaning or disinfection solution should be applied non-wetting with a non-abrasive cloth.
