On March 21, 2017, Toshiba Corporation announced that as part of its continuing global restructuring, they deemed it necessary to wind-down their Telecommunication Systems Division (TSD) business starting immediately.  Mitel acquired the assets of Toshiba on June 30, 2017.

The Future of Toshiba Systems

Moving forward, there will be no additional product development or software updates for Toshiba systems.  If you are currently covered by a Warwick Support Agreement, we will continue to support your system. If you do not have a current support agreement, we will provide support on a best effort basis. We are determined to provide the best possible support for your Toshiba system through our internal personnel and other dealer resources.
