Warwick Communications, Inc., a family-owned company since 1946 has been purchased by three long-term employees and one outside individual. The new ownership group is well-poised to continue Warwick’s tradition of quality service and further advance their innovative product offerings. Warwick will continue alliances with top manufacturers including Mitel (Inter-Tel), Toshiba, Iwatsu, Adtran, Oaisys, Dell, HP, and Microsoft.
The previous family ownership team was interested in pursuing other interests and was approached with a purchase offer from an out-of-state company. Don Kuehn, the former President, decided that he would explore an employee purchase so the company could continue as a local entity – just like when his father founded the company in 1946. The new ownership group consisting of existing employees, Steve Leopold, Heidi Murphy, and Ryan Shorts along with the addition of Laura Green, has created a team that Kuehn is confident can take the company to the next level.

Our focus will be on providing unmatched customer service and innovative communication technology solutions to improve our position as one of Northern Ohio’s technology leaders. The ownership change allows Warwick to meet the challenges and demands of the next generation of communication technology.

VP of Operations, Laura Green, has a strong background in Operations and Customer Service. She will be using her experience to help strengthen our customer satisfaction.
