Peoples Services, a network of 3rd party logistics companies, has over 7.5 million square feet of public and contract warehouse space in 45 facilities across seven states. Peoples Services was a Mitel direct customer with a Total Solutions Product. When Mitel phased out the offering, Peoples Services turned to Warwick for an all-encompassing voice solution.

 

Solution

Warwick provides Mitel voice equipment and support to Peoples Services for a predictable monthly fee. One virtual controller is located at the client’s corporate office in Canton, Ohio. The network is resilient, meaning that the virtual controller can “fail over” to two other remote sites if there is a server issue, ensuring continual functionality.
