Warwick takes a consultative approach to every client and every project. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your existing system, move to a new business location or build from the ground up, it all begins with our proprietary discovery process.
Our technology experts will work closely with you to analyze your business’ unique needs and challenges. Then, your Warwick team will customize a set of solutions, create an implementation strategy and manage the process from start to finish to be sure that what you end up with is exactly what you envisioned. Finally, should you elect to take advantage of our managed service plan, we will monitor and maintain your system on an ongoing basis to be sure it is consistently performing at the highest level possible.
A Holistic Approach
We’ve been around a while, and as technology has evolved, so has our approach. “Communications” is no longer limited to premise-based landline phones—it encompasses everything from traditional phone systems to the data and software required to see and talk to colleagues and clients on the other side of the world. “Information Technology” doesn’t just mean a few computers connected to a LAN line and an on-site server—it’s every piece of hardware, software and data that keeps your business connected and functioning from day to day.
Modern businesses require a holistic approach when it comes to technology, and with Warwick, that’s exactly what you’ll get.
A Dedicated Team
No matter the project, our aim is always to function as a seamless extension of your IT department. When you work with us, a dedicated team of experts will be assembled to handle your project from start to finish. First, your sales representative will guide you through the front-end discovery process. Then, he will work with your systems engineer to design the initial plan and prepare a demo of the proposed solutions. In the next stage, your systems engineer will perform more detailed technical surveys of your site, network and current hardware and revise the proposal and estimates as needed. When you are ready to move forward with the implementation, your project manager will take over, continuing to coordinate with the systems engineer and sales representative as needed while directing the technicians’ work.
We don’t think pressure helps anyone make a decision, so there’s no place for it in our process. After all, we’re in the business of providing solutions, not just selling products. If you aren’t 100% content with our initial proposal and demonstration, we’ll use your feedback to revise it until you’re not just happy, you’re thrilled.
