Using our thorough Front-End Discovery Process, we seek to understand exactly what your business needs are—the big picture, not just the technology details (although we’ll note those, too!).
Do you need to be available to your customers or clients 24/7, no matter what? Does your industry require you to keep backups of your backups? Are your remote employees hampered by a lack of interconnectivity?
We’ll ask these questions and many more to get to the root of your business and find out what’s working—and what isn’t.
Customizing Your Solution
After we’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of your day-to-day processes, your goals and growth plans, your relationship with your customers or clients, your technology needs and challenges and your budgetary constraints, your sales representative and system engineer will use that information to customize a system design and configuration plan and price it out.
In the final stages of the Front-End Discovery Process, you will be given a demonstration of the proposed solutions and the initial proposal and estimate will be presented for your review and feedback. If you decide to move forward, the next step will be determining the exact physical and technological requirements of the project and incorporating any changes into the plan. Once everything has been mapped out down to the last cable and you have given final approval we will proceed with implementation.
