Here’s how you can make the adoption process as seamless as possible:

Communicate the benefits

Mobile technology makes it easier for employees to work from anywhere – home, a coffee shop, or even a doctor’s appointment. It also allows for increased collaboration and greater productivity. Be sure to clearly communicate these benefits to all employees.
